  1. This book has the same con as the first, in that it s pretty slow moving I also found it a littlefrustrating than the first, in that there really wasn t much of a case until over halfway through Before that, while we as the reader know there s actually a case, Sara just spent the whole time being shut down by everyone. Not to say I didn t still enjoy this book, as it presents a viewpoint I don t see too often, of a deaf girl as the main character, and it s fun to see Sara trying to piece This book has the same con as the first, in that it s pretty slow moving I also found it a littlefrustrating than the first, in that there really wasn t much of a case until over halfway through Before that, while w...

  3. Sara is so annoying, and too much of a busybody to be believed I also don t get why the author continues to make comments like this Keesha s being black had never put a strain on her friendship with Sara What s the ...

  4. An excellent book that shows that just because you have a disability , it doesn t mean you can t stop your dreams from coming true A short, quick read that has suspense, drama, and action, all rolled into one.

  5. Sara remains as clever as always in the second book of the series, even if I don t exactly agree with her taste in friends sometimes It was fast paced just like I wanted it to be and while the book is a little dated, being from the 90s it s still an enjoyable, encouraging read.
